Chris Grose Training & Consultancy provides truly inspiring training courses and bespoke consultancy services to Housing Associations, Local Authorities and Police forces across the UK. Our service focusses on a wide range of areas that impact upon peoples lives, including; Tackling Anti-Social Behaviour, Safeguarding Children and Adults, Domestic Abuse, Tenancy Fraud, Hoarding, Resilience, Consumer Regulation, Lone Worker Safety, Housing Management and Housing Law. Our training courses provide professionals with the knowledge, skills and confidence to help them cope with the challenging environment in which they operate and be outstanding in their role. Our bespoke consultancy services help organisations with a wide range of issues from preparing for regulatory changes, policy reviews and service improvement. We have our eyes wide open and finger on the pulse when it comes to helping housing providers provide excellent services to tenants and residents.

Chris has worked in the social housing sector for 23 years, and on a national level for the past 12 years. Chris has held operational and senior positions at various organisations including an Arms Length Management Organisation, The Chartered Institute of Housing and a leading national law firm Capsticks LLP. Chris is well known in the sector and sits on the CIH South West Board, and is also a Board Member for Ocean Housing Limited.

Whilst working at the CIH, Chris worked directly with over 300 housing providers and thousands of housing and local authority professionals. He worked closely with the Home Office in the development of the ASB, Crime and Policing Act 2014, giving evidence at the House of Commons Select committee and advising peers in the House of Lords. Chris led on the development of the Community Harm Statement which is widely used in the Courts today.
Chris has worked with thousands of housing professionals, lawyers, police officers, tenants, MP's, Ministers, government officials, barristers, QC's, social workers, mental health practitioners and many more.
Chris regularly speaks at national conferences and roundtable events. He regularly contributes to media coverage on Anti-Social Behaviour such as providing television and radio interviews, as well as written articles for various different trade press organisations.
